Dear Symphony ...... The complaint no kss-25d13003.... I purchased a brand new model Diet i 50 just a month ago. Few days after the purchase the swing stopped functioning properly. I raised a complaint. Technician by name Suresh Kumar visited, he checked everything and said there is some problem with the swing and a new piece has to be replaced, he said he will come after 2 days.
I waited for two days and there was no response from there end, I called the person on his mobile number and he said that the made an indent and they are waiting for the material. I had to speak to his superior ( for some strange reasons, they never tell their name) and these people lack basic customer etiquette and I MEAN VERY BASIC CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE AND TELEPHONIC MANNERS. HE DID NOT HAD THE PATIENCE TO LISTEN TO BE COMPLETELY AND WAS KEEP ON INTERRUPTING ME. I HAD TO TELL TO HIM THAT WHEN A CUSTOMER IS IRATE YOU ARE SUPPOSED JUST TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER( THE VERY BASIC MANNERS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE).
ANYWAYS AFTER TWO DAYS THE SAME TECHNICIAN CAME AND HE REPLACED THE FAULTY MATERIAL WHICH WAS BROKEN COMPLETELY (IMAGINE A BROKEN MATERIAL IN A BRAND NEW COOLER)..... THERE WAS NO POWER TO CHECK IF THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED....
WHEN THE POWER CAME, I CHECKED TO SEE IF THE ISSUE IS SOLVED. TO MY UTTER DISGRUNTLEMENT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED. THE SWING WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY . I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE TECHNICIAN ON THE SAME NUMBER NUMEROUS TIME, THE NEXT DAY NUMEROUS TIME , THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. FINALLY I CALLED THEN ON THIS NUMBER O4O-65511969, A LADY ANSWERED THE CALL AND SAID THE TECHNICIAN WILL COME ON FRIDAY( 10TH MAY, 2013) I WAITED FOR A WHOLE DAY, ON SATURDAY (11TH MAY 2013) I CALLED ON THE SAME NUMBER AND THE LADY ESCALATED THE CALL TO A PERSON, WHO BLUNTLY TOLD ON TO MY FACE, WE ARE LAZY, YOUR COOLER IS WORKING, ITS ONLY SWING WHICH IS NOT WORKING , WE WILL DELAY AS IT IS HOT OUTSIDE..... ALL RUBBISH..... ( iI HAVE RECORDED THIS CONVERSATION IN PHONE)
IM TOTALLY SHOCKED WITH THE APATHY AND INSENSITIVITY, IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS NOW AND THE ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED. I HAVE TO MAKE CALLS AFTER CALLS FOR EVERY ALTERNATE DAY TO KNOW WHAT IS THE STATUS . WHAT THE *** IS THIS, IS THIS HOW THE CUSTOMER TREATED AND ISSUE IS RESOLVED, THERE IS RESOLUTION TIME, NO COURTESY, NO EMPATHY... ARE THEY DOING CHARITY TO US OR FAVOUR TO US, ITS WHAT THEY ARE PAID FOR .... A BRAND NEW MODEL AND ALREADY SO MANY MALFUNCTIONS.. THE SWING IS NOT WORKING, THE FAN BUTTON ON THE COOLER IS NOT WORKING , THE CASTOR IS NOT WORKING
